Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping costs are fixed
within the Netherlands: on orders up to 49,99 € shipping costs are 3,95€, and orders over 50€ shipping costs are FREE.
within the rest o Europe: on orders up to 79,99€ shipping costs are 12,95€, and orders over 80€ shipping costs are FREE.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, holidays...).
International Shipping:
- International shipping costs are fixed:
On orders up to 99,99€ shipping costs are 24,95€
On orders over 100€ shipping costs are FREE
- Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using this number.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at carlitashook@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
